You know, I think we should drop the term conservative
because we really don't want to keep things the same (conserve), but instead want to do things based on principles; we hunger and thirst for Liberty and Justice, not more of the same

I've been pondering the same thing. The word has been so tainted by the Left, that it's almost become a synonym for intolerance. I'm thinking something like "Traditionalist" would be new and better. People of every political stripe have traditions they adhere to, enjoy and cherish, so it's relatable across the spectrum. I think it could catch on.
