Good point. Can a hospital or doctor refuse to take medicare or medicaid?

They do it all the time. But the real problem is the patient. Elderly patients are forced onto Medicare, and poor people are forced onto Medicaid. Their options will be limited if this ruling stands. For instance, my doctor accepts Medicare (for now) and he practices at Columbia St. Mary's. If I don't want to frequent a hospital that provides abortions, I lose both my hospital and my doctor.

It’s the “catch 22” routine I see. What a diabolical thing our government has become. God help us.
