Well too bad Jim is not Speaker of the House. John Boehner has likely already cut a secret deal with the Senate to conference their bill at the last minute and jam amnesty through the House.
Once again, I have urged my congressman, Trey Gowdy, to resist voting for any piecemeal immigration legislation, even his own bill.

Trey Gowdy is usually a pretty righteous guy. Hopefully he will not get sucked into the DREAM act carpola and then on down the lane to total amnesty.
