That depends on the dose. You get a lethal dose, you die. At lower doses, you get horrible effects, but you don’t die. The lethal dose for, say, sarin is 100 mg/min/cubic meter if you are talking gas concentration, or about 75 milligrams inhaled in a brief period of a minute. It will go through your skin, too.
If you are exposed to 1 mg/min/m3, all that would happen is that your eyes become pinpointed.
As the dose goes up you get a runny nose, tightness in chest, blurred vision, nausea, vomiting, convulsions, loss of control of bodily functions. At the top of the scale the convulsions get severe and your breathing stops.
