How did NSA’s downloading hundreds of millions Americans’ emails, texts. etc., prevent Boston, Fort Hood, Benghazi? The NSA is downloading and storing information on American Citizens without probable cause without warrant. It is then passing this information to other government agencies. That is not what you and your fellow Soldiers fought for.

I wish we could stop every attack, I really do. But nothing is 100.
