Why would we think the Social Security Administration isn't denying claims made by registered Republicans based on their political affiliation, but the IRS is?

EVERY agency under 0bama is sticking it to conservatives for any application or claim to any agency under him. IRS, SSA, EPA, etc. 'Targeting' isn't only being done at the IRS. ALL agencies are targeting conservatives.
