Well the only good part is they were stupid enough to do this in Oklahoma.

Since you live there, please let me ask you .. what is the chance these three will be tried as adults?

Not necessarily the case in Tulsa. The loser of a DA in Tulsa decided not to seek the death penalty for one of the black thugs who broke into an elderly couple’s home, beat and tortured them, and raped the wife. The woman died the next day. The poor man, a WWII vet, made it out of the hospital but died a few weeks later. It was never called a hate crime. I guess because the perps took the car.

The DA did not go for the death penalty because the thug has a low IQ and had a bad childhood, or some crap. If someone is mentally aware enough to commit a heinous crime, he is bright enough to get the death penalty.
