The Constitution of the United States, the supreme law of this land, absolutely requires equal protection for the supreme right, the right to live, of every single individual person, in every jurisdiction.
You’ve surrendered that, and granted supreme power to the courts.

By surrendering the moral, constitutional, and legal principles of equal protection under the law, the unalienable nature of the right to life, and the supremacy of the Constitution, you assure the continuation of abortion on demand.

The sorts of laws you are advocating would say that it’s fine to enslave East Germans, as long as the enslavement took place by a certain date, and under certain specified conditions.

In fact, what they're actually doing is codifying "legal" permission to murder babies, all of them, contrary to the Constitution's explicit, imperative requirement that every innocent person be provided equal protection for their UNALIENABLE right to live.

Naw, for 40 years JUST LIKE NOW you been claiming that we cant save even one 12 week old unborn baby if we cant also save every newly fertilized egg, for example from the morning after pill.
At some point you have to look at the victions instead of your own high horse and decide to actually save some lives, instead of vain moral postering.
Again, you don’t save some lives by giving up the only moral, constitutional, and legal principles that argue against the practice of abortion. That’s a delusion. In fact all you’re doing is more deeply embedding permission for the practice in our statutes.
