On the day President Obama signed the Affordable Care Act into law in 2010, HHS received authority from the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to make as many as 1,814 new hires under an emergency 'Direct Hiring Authority' order.
The Obama administration ordered that employment expansion despite a government-wide hiring freeze.

By 2042 half of the country will be minorities and by 2019 half of the children 18 and under will be minorities. Each cohort that turns 18 annually will be more and more minority. We have entered the era of tribal politics.
Being as you are not a criminal, they must make the law so confusing, obtuse and impossible to understand that you cannot possibly comply.
Now you are the criminal that must be punished and controlled.
Needless to say, any government employee loyal to Obama cannot commit a crime.

If half the country is minority doesn’t that mean there is no majority and then what do we call minorities when we are all minorities??

That may be the war plan but that could change if you strip their tribal roots.
Sadly I don’t think he’s hurt just liberal black candidates. I don’t think ANY black candidate will be elected to this for a long, long time after his act.
Which is a shame as there are many talented and deserving individuals out there.
I’m glad I won’t be on this Earth when all that comes to pass. And I don’t feel sympathy for my grandchildren. Their parents voted for the “change”. YES THEY DID!
I do feel sympathy for those who voted against Obama and for those who have seen the error of their ways. It’s sad they will never know the America I once knew. Thus my screen name.

Just the opposite is happening. We bring in 1.2 million LEGAL immigrants a year, 87% of whom are minorities as defined by the USG. By 2050 one in three residents of this country will be Hispanic. And if amnesty passes, we will bring in 33 million immigrants over the next decade, which is almost half the number of immigrants ever to enter this country since its inception.
In 1970 one in 21 was foreign born. Today it is one in 8, the highest it has been in 90 years. And within a decade it will be one in 7, the highest in our history. We are becoming more Balkanized along racial and ethnic lines, not less. Demography is destiny.
Once again, foreign press reporting on what USMSM will not. It’s almost like they have secrets.

The incremental breaking of the constraints our Constitution used to have on government have been ignored to the point where there is not a single entity withing our legal framework to hold government officials accountable and subject to the same laws they inflict on us all.
We have a dictator in absolutely all respects except the media has yet to let the low/no information voter know that a dictatorship is exactly what the “Fundamental Change” they voted for meant.
