Bikes should not be on roads. They cause danger for everyone and should be on the sidewalks.
I have tried to find evidence of cyclists killing any motorists in recent decades. The very few that I have found have almost exclusively been cases where a road rage incident ends with a cyclist delivering a lethal beating to a motorist who stopped and wanted to mix it up.
