Now, let me get this straight. If Republicans should support funding of the federal government--just without (the much-despised) ObamaCare--and if President Obama should veto that bill, it would be the Republicans who would receive the blame for shutting down the government. That is what the article is saying, right?

NO. The article is saying that the house would vote to defund Obamacare, the Senate would vote to fund it, the MSM would say that the Republicans are purposely shutting down the government to starve old ladies, create dirty air and water,and because they are racists. And it is Bush's fault. It is all about having enough new media to get the message to the American people. If they hear our message, we win. Probably half of them do not hear our message now.

That is an argument predicated upon the knowledge and understanding of the American people, rather than upon the objective merits of the proposed action itself...
