Same as here,[Plant City, Florida] only difference is that for the most part both the Whites and Hispanics fight back. This discourages it. Only in places where the Whites cow down does it flourish. Because as a rule, the Hispanics will fight back.
You are so right. I worked in school similar to this with these exact kinds of attacks (black on Hispanic). A lot of Hispanic kids aren’t very big, even in high school and were no match for the much larger black assailants.
But, they would get their revenge. They’d call their cousins, uncles and brothers, many of whom were hard-core gang members. We had to arrest a few who came onto the campus until they learned to wait OFF campus to do their business and make sure the attacks stopped permanently.
This is why many Hispanic neighborhoods were ethnically cleansed of blacks, they wouldn’t put up with attacks on their children to, from and at school, and have them robbed of their lunch money, jackets, shoes, etc.
