Congress declares war, not the President.
There is no imminent threat to the US by Syria.
Congress needs to perform their mandate and impeach this lawless person Obama.
Since congress won’t do anything, I suggest the military commanders tell him to shove it. I don’t mean high ranking generals and admirals. We KNOW they’re cowards when it comes to standing up for the constitution.
