Those children born to US citizens working abroad - which include my own siblings and a cousin - had fathers who were US citizens, not citizens of Cuba.

Listen up!

You are either a natural born citizen by virtue of birth, or you become a NATURALIZED citizen by legal action.

Cruz was BORN A CITIZEN OF THE U.S. BY VIRTUE OF BIRTH. No different that if his mother was single and on an over seas cruise at the time of his birth.

There aren’t two forms of birth right citizenship, only two forms of citizenship, natural born or naturalized. He wasn’t naturalized, so he is a NAURAL BORN CITIZEN!

Besides, his Birth Certificate is legitimate!

So, if they had single mothers they would be U.S. Citizens by birth, but not natural born? I don’t think so!
