I went to five leading scholars, constitutional scholars, and they drafted a treatise for me that’s being distributed to every senator. And I want to make it clear, and I made it clear to the president, that if he takes this nation to war…without congressional approval, I will make it my business to impeach him. And that’s a fact!

President Joe Biden, that actually sounds like an improvement...
He is always the idiot - Senators can’t impeach the President, only the House can do that! He can sit as part of the Jury when the Senate puts a President on trial, but only the House has the power to indict through impeachment proceedings.
At least he's a Capitalist...or can be presumed to be.
