A lot of people were sounding the alarm, like Whittaker Chambers-

Thank you fro remembering this very courageous man.

His book" Witness", 1952, about the Alger Hiss trials of 1949 and 1950 is required reading for any American patriot.

The Federal gocernment agencies were infiltrated in the 1930s by the Soviets, and it is amazing we lasted until we defeated them in 1991.

The question is--did we really win, with Commies like the Clintons and the Obamas having made it to the Oval Office.

I'd already called it a day by the time y'all posted .. both of you were spot on .. glad Joe's photo was evocative.

Chambers' name and 'Witness' need mentioned often, lest fledgling conservatives not know of his astounding courage.

FYI, I've not gotten hold of it yet, but Stan Evans has a new book out : Stalin's Secret Agents: The Subversion of Roosevelt's Government

Also, here's a talk he gave at Hillsdale College earlier this year that's quite enjoyable : Watergate and Today's Scandals: A Comparison
