Good evening, Mac...*HUGS*...hope you are feeling better. Good commute?

Now it’s my time to feel puny. Tried for my chiropractor today (for the headaches), but he’s closed til Tuesday. Went to bed early last night only to be rudely awakened with a horrible leg cramp that took an hour to walk off. Old age is not fun...LOL! I need to find a vitamin that helps with leg cramps.

Feeling better, thanks! Easy commutes in both directions today. I had a Dr's appointment in the morning so I only got a half-day in today.

Sorry to hear you're under the weather - old age is definitely not fun - but consider the alternative.

Did you feel any effects from that quake out in the Aleutians?

Potassium or Potassium Gluconate if you are not diabetic.

Take it from a drummer that kicked the nights away on twin bass drums and had horrible leg cramps in the 70s and 80s Ma: BANANNAS! They are full of potassium and do the trick nicely! I learned the secret from wrestlers who did the figure four leg lock (Rick Flair and Arn Anderson) when we used to follow the Mid-Atlantic wrestling circuit packing the bars after their matches.
