We live in a politically correct world now. We aren’t supposed to say that feral black youth are uncivilized savages. Instead we search for answers to why thypey commit crimes such as these. The answer is that they are feral, and uncivilized.. But we can’t say that out loud.

Bad analogy.
Most lynch mobs didn't "wander around looking for victims". The lack of due process in lynch law GREATLY increased the risk of an innocent being killed, but killing innocents was not their PURPOSE.
These attacks, happening all over the country, are DIRECTED at innocents, who are being killed BECAUSE they are innocent.
Big difference.
