This is actually not unusual. Russians have traditionally supported the Serbs because they are Christians. Russians before Communism (and now after) are very dedicated Christians. And as far as I can tell from history have always supported the Christian side of any conflict too.
Obviously, the Russians are quickly gaining the ground they lost because they see Obumble’s next 3 years as a golden opportunity to advance. He is totally defenseless against Putin.
the spares/service contract will more than make up for any cut in price...You never get anything for a lower price from the Russians. They’ll look for the starter switch and the Russians will hand them a hand crank.
