Rush is right to mention Bosnia

From an Internet source: ". . . launching [an] air war against Milosevic was the triumph of threat over thought. When the initial bombing did not compel citizens to oust Milosevic Clinton and Albright bombed the hell out of everything. I recall images of civilians wearing hats with bull's-eyes painted on top.
