CAMP FOSTER, Okinawa The Marine Corps said it will delay the deployment of an Osprey aircraft squadron to Okinawa following (yet another) Air Force "helicopter" crash in a military training area Monday.
The fiery crash of an HH-60 Pave Hawk sent plumes of smoke into the air near Camp Hansen in central Okinawa and left one crew member still missing early Tuesday.

Do you have a source for that statistic? I’m being questioned on that by a military aviator.
Not sure which statistic you refer to. Safety records are maintained by the Naval Safety Center in Norfolk, VA. Operating hours, maintenance, etc are kept current at the program office—PMA-275—at Patuxent River, MD.

They don’t break it down by airframe type, at least on the public pages.
