BRUNSWICK, Ga. (AP) - A Georgia teen convicted of fatally shooting a baby in a stroller was sentenced Thursday to spend the rest of his life in prison with no chance of parole after the grieving mother asked a judge to punish the gunman for taking "the love of my life."
De'Marquise Elkins, 18, stood silent and showed no emotion as he was sentenced in a courtroom less than two weeks after a jury found him guilty of murder in the slaying of 13-month-old Antonio Santiago during a robbery attempt.

20 years ago, I stated that when “crack babies” grew up, they would commit heinous crimes.
Sadly, my prediction came true.

That's OK, he'll show lots of emotions in prison when they learn about his crime. Other inmates don't like criminals who commit acts against children, and I suspect the prison guards might be tempted to look the other way.
You need to understand tribal mentality. The baby he shot wasn't black, therefore it was OK, and the important thing was to protect your fellow black. If the races were reversed, the cities would have all burned by now.
Why wasn’t he drawn and quartered? Or disemboweled? Something serious. So sickened by this murder.
