A federal judge in Manhattan has denied a bid to force the U.S. government to unseal photographs of a Saudi national widely believed to the intended “20th hijacker” in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks in New York and Washington.

It was kind of low of the government to try to portray that guy Zacarias Moussaoui as the 20th hijacker when they knew full well that he really wasn’t.

The Center for Constitutional Rights that filed the suit represents the 20th hijacker and is trying to get him freed from Gitmo. Mohammed al-Qahtani, who was suspected to be the 5th hijacked supposed to be on United Flight 93. I say we strap him to a drone and give him the ride he missed.
I think they should take him to the top of the freedom tower and push him off of it!
