Persecution of muslims ensconced (or imbedded) in the USA needs to begin. Deport them all along with the illegal crossers of our borders!
Even if the Christian could pay, and wanted to pay, there’s no one in authority to pay it to. The Islamist maniacs think that every one of them can collect the tax for themselves. If the poor man had paid jizya just yesterday, he would have been murdered anyway.
