My little hamlet in the Sunshine State is called New Port Richey....I've renamed it New Delhi Richey.
I used to call it New York Richey, but that's now dropped to second place.

I believe the term “Republican leadership” has become an oxymoron.
I agree with your points. The health care system in the U.S. has been the best in the world. The health care system is now in decline and Obamacare will damage it further and very possibly destroy it.
None of the “Republican leaders” are fighting to save health care or anything good in America. We need to clean house. I have no faith in any of the current politicians or political operatives.
Not to mention the pharmacists are all Indian as well. I was talking to one and in India they go from high school right into pharmacy or medical school and 4 years later graduate and if they are smart enough to pass the boards it is a lot more lucrative to practice here in the US. I have always said that our major health care problem is that the AMA has a stranglehold on the medical schools if we opened 2 new medical schools in every state and graduated 100 lets call them PD’s or practical doctors from each schools recruiting the brightest from high school every year the competition would soon drive health care prices down.

Yes, clownward pivins doesn’t explain what they’ll do with the productive people who’ll persist after their fantasized economic collapse. The collapse will just give the productive people the freedom to start over in a new place, just as long as the productive people understand they will have to defend themselves with lethal force against the remaining zombies.
Competition is the only thing that will save health care in this country. Socialized ObozmaCare will destroy our health system in every aspect...from medical treatment, pharmaceutical care, senior care and long-term rest homes, end-of-life care, catastrophic treatment, research & development, medical devices/instruments/equipment/prosthetics......you name it....our insane leaders will destroy it.
Socialistic health care is a tar baby and everything even tenuously related to it will soon be sticking to it and will be absorbed forever into its black interior.

So is my PCP - and he is an excellent Dr... took care of my mother before me. No, I am talking about doctors from obscure places in the world who have never been to an advanced med school -- perhaps even witch doctors. They will wave a palm frond over your infection and utter a spell, while our faithful government tells us that such has been thoroughly investigated and is not happening... case closed.
