1person pointed out on that feed that this is the METRO area, not Navy Yard. I could not believe the old yard looks like that.
Meanwhile, all kinds of news places are begging him to use this photo even though it’s bogus. Geesh. And we wonder why true urgent news is usually so wrong.

But I have to say (post) publicly...how odd I find that photo. Civilians are helping the downed man; EMTs are no doubt racing to the scene, but some how that guy in the suit has yellow police tape? Just odd. Very odd.
