The police do seem pretty sure two more are involved, citing “multiple pieces of information”.
I’d like to know if those multiple pieces amount to anything more than several ‘witnesses’ says “I heard a shot and then saw a man in a uniform with a gun”.

I’m thinking same description from multiple people. Possibly a recovered bullet from a firearm the dead shooter didn’t have.

Or possibly victims shot at the same time in different areas? They seem pretty confident about it and even gave a description, right down to “gray sideburns” on the black suspect.
