Yeah, I know all about the ‘hairy chest’ conundrum.. Believe me, there are all kinds of video distortions from lighting that can misrepresent ‘hair or no hair’ especially at night, with lights and poor resolution at a distance. I’m not convinced it’s not him.
But here is what you are missing: the dead bomber on the slab picture shows the same body hair pattern and the same small nipples. The naked man is inconsistent with both of these features. See picture:
