0bama has the highest security clearances there while actively engaged in overthrowing our gov't. He's committed countless impeachable offenses, he's used someone else's Social Security number, has a fake birth certificate and a forged selective service card and gets every security clearance there is. There is no bar anymore for clearances, since the guy at the top would never be eligible for even a 'Confidential' clearance but has all of them, anyway.
