He lived in an apartment building in Fort Worth and his weapon discharged and bullet went through ceiling into apartment above. He said it was an accident and no charges were filed. This is what I heard on Fox.

iN FLORIDA YOU CAN GET A MINIMUM OF TWENTY YEARS FOR THAT..AND THEY DO.
So...
That’s why he went on a shooting rampage 3 years later?
