I don’t agree with that. A state can make its own laws; Obamacare is a disaster because it is a one size fits all, a federalization of what should be, at most, a state plan.
Wisconsin, for instance, had a GREAT “school choice” plan that the legislature crafted to fit the specific needs of their populace.
If there were 50 state health plans, people could pick and choose—and those that relied upon the PRIVATE SECTOR would be the most successful...and would be the envy of the nation....Romney’s plan was fashioned specifically for Massachusetts, and didn’t force people in Montana to obey it.
If the people of Massachusetts didn’t like it, they could elect people who would re-fashion it or destroy it.
The unelected bureaucracy of the federal government is running the Obamacare...it is the true danger to our liberty.
IMHO.
