Just like with the sequester. It will normally not hurt anyone, but bitter Obama directs cuts with the intent to hurt, even though they are unnecessary.
The concept there is important to get out to people: that Obama wants to, and does, *hurt* Americans so that he can win a political fight.
Ask them, have you ever heard of any president willing to hurt Americans for petty political goals?

I don’t get it, the left hates the military so I’m guessing the idea of them not receiving pay excites them to no end.
Nothing makes sense anymore, or I am just so far removed from the thought process of a typical commie that I can’t connect the dots.

O always goes after the military first. Legally non-discretionary spending has to be met before discretionary spending. The defense budget is discretionary spending.
