I believe he WOULD do it just for fun. Putin is working on Russian economy and he could lend B. Hussein O. some tips. While smirking until he gets back from talking to Obama - then he will laugh until tears flow and he hurts his stomach laughing.
I think there are Russian FReepers - maybe you can send a note to Putin that there is opportunity to spank Hussein again.

My personal opinion...he worked behind the scene to get the fed. To continue the 85 billion last week to play with the market.
Next week it will tank with help from his buds on K Street. He will then blame the Republicans because of their budget bill. I expect at least 3 days of close to triple digit drops in the Dow.

I hope Boehner and McConnell see once and for all whom they're trying to deal with.
They may play comity with Democrats, but if this doesn't teach them that they won't get it in return, nothing will.

Translation: If the GOP doesn’t cave, the Dims will start telling the truth about the economy and blame the “sudden drop” on the Repubs. The debt “stabilized” for months, beyond all reason, but the economy will “crash” overnight.
Unless the repubs do some major PR work this will be gospel.
