NY Rep. King: Al-Shabab Recruited in US

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3069830/posts

“A member of the House Homeland Security Committee says the al-Qaida affiliated group behind the deadly attack on an upscale shopping mall in Kenya recruited up to 50 people from Somali American communities in the U.S.”

I guess our security agencies are too busy listening to “dangerous” tea-partiers’ phone calls and reading their e-mails to pay any attention to real terrorists...

Remember, they ignored the Boston Marathon bombers, even after Putin warned them several times...

Somali parents have been reporting their teenaged sons going missing in MN for a few years. I'm curious as to how these young men are leaving the country without their parents' permission. When our daughter was 14, she and I went with some friends to Montreal. At the border, the train stopped and US Border officials came on board, and when we showed them our IDs, (I brought her birth certificate, because she didn't yet have a passport or driver's license) the officer asked if I had a letter from her father, my husband, giving me permission to take her out of the country. I laughed, because I thought he was joking, but apparently he wasn't. I told him I'd never heard of that, but if he wanted to CALL my husband, he was welcome to do so. He didn't pursue it, and we crossed over and back a few days later, without any other problems.

SO how are these boys leaving the country, if they are minors?
