I reemember the media used to accuse conservatives of lying when we say obama want gun control, simply because obama was not advocating gun control during the campaign

Because if it wasn't for the NRA, nobody would want to murder anybody else. For instance, nobody would ever drive their car at high speed into a crowd, or nobody would ever throw a gasoline-filled, flaming bottle into a crowded room. Or a number of other things. Never.
