At the time of the decision, a FReeper posted that his inside contact at SCOTUS told him Ginsburg threatened to retire if Roberts wouldn't change his vote, allowing the Mombasa Moonbeam another pick.
I guess we have to wait until 2017 to see if there's anything to that.
