I have a quickloader design for double barrel shotguns that I have printed up in hard plastic. But I need the objects printed in a rubberized plastic composite, to be flexible. The cost to run a few for demos is astonishingly high, so I’ve set the project aside for now.

Concealed carry? ... So how do ‘they’ know you’re carrying?

"I've been casting plastics of several different types for various projects, and it's a PITA to create a master,..."
Patterns (masters) made out of wood? That would be a PITA. That's one of the tough parts of metal casting--the woodworking tools and time needed (for sand casting).

Looks like a very worthwhile project, though. I’ve considered trying to come up with a useful speedloader design for pumps, although that’s probably been tried by more than a few others.

Should you go forward into market, I have a product name to recommend. Call it the Joe Biden Safety Device.

In another life I owned three 380s. The operation on two was recoil and one had blowback operation. I was surprised that the blowback system was harder to hold as it slapped the hand pretty hard. On the recoil system 380s, the kick was smooth and easier to control.
Ergo, my recommendation is to get a recoil system and keep it. Don’t sell them like I did.... now I’m crying.
