Debate goes until 12:10, at which time there is 30 minutes reserved for majority and minority leaders , then the vote. Will there be any more GOP intramural fireworks on the senate floor?

What really confuses me is Medicare funds being used to fund Medicaid. What are they thinking?

And also it give them time to work out the bugs in their ancillary programs such as exchanges, fee structures, ect. to make sure that when it is fully implemented that there will be no chance of repealing it, or it being repealed. If it was a gambling endeavor, it would be known as a sucker bet.
