My guess is the GOPe is right now behind closed doors figuring our which safe Republicans can vote yes on cloture without being vulnerable in the next election. Then the safest 10-15 will vote yes and the others will be allowed to vote no. In my opinion, the GOPe is very happy with 47-49 Senate seats. That is enough to “be relevant” but not enough to be responsible for anything.

But what the GOPe doesn't seem to understand is the pain from Obiecare will grow exponentially over the next several election cycles. In truth there are no “safe” seats.
