Republicans have SEVERAL alternatives to Obamacare, the most obvious being the system BEFORE Obamacare with a few small changes.
Harry Reid and Obama do not allow debate. One of the reasons we are having “government by CR” is that the Democrats really don't want any amendments or changes or “Regular Order” to allow such debate in the Senate.
HSA or Health Savings Accounts are part of the answer, and that is a REPUBLICAN idea.
