Does not matter...It does not give you the right to slam into and rear end someone.

Common sense would tell ya, if you have 100 bikes around you in traffic, you should slow and be careful. Suv guy clearly had the attitude...

He ran for his life because even after read ending the MC, he continued to mouth off instead of being civil...In fact if he had been civil, he would have never INTENTIONALLY rear ended the MC.

The AH then ran over another MC as he fled...And he had good reason to flee.. .

Suv boy is extremely dangerous...And lucky to still be walking...

Glad to see you are a level 5 Telapath with postcognition

But what the vid shows is single motercycle in a pack of motorcycles (many of which breaking trafic laws ) with out visible reason decided (his break light is on so it was his decision) to make a VERY rapid deceleration in crowded traffic.

The old.. if you rear end some its automatically your fault does not appy when the one hit IS driving recklessly

“break check”

The biker was watching his rear tire and the SUV bumper the entire time just before contact. The guy's other videos are also very informative regarding the thug bikers’ behavior.

Since you seem to like using the common sense argument
COMMON sense tells you DO NOT hit your breaks 15 feet in front of a SUV at speed for no reason.

Since you seem to like using the common sense argument

and..

the MC made an illeagl lane change into the SUV’s lane then charged ahead.. THEN hit breaks.. so Aggressive and illegal operation of a MC.

The driver of the suv caused the collision when he rear ended the motorcycle.

Did you even watch the video? Watch it again!

A motorcyclist was harrassing the Range Rover, riding in his lane. Then he cut in front of the car and slowed down to a stop in the middle of the highway. The bike stopped short and the car wound up bumping him.

There was clear road in front of the biker. There was no reason for him to stop, other than to continue to harrass the Range Rover driver. Once they were all stopped, the crowd gathered, and they were all aggressively surrounding the SUV.

At that point, the driver ran over a few bikes to get out of the middle of a mob. This is what any sensible person would do, and is a direct result of the aggressive actions of the motorcyclists.

Get yourself updated....Regardless of what happens on the road, you don’t have the right to run into someone. I don’t care if they stop or simply slow down...You have no right to run into them...

If a reasonable person in that situation would fear for the safety of himself or his family, the driver has an absolute right to do just what he did. Much worse, in fact. The driver showed considerable restraint.

PS. When a mob is surrounding your vehicle, the fear is reasonable.

COMMON sense tells you DO NOT hit your breaks 15 feet in front of a SUV at speed for no reason.

Stop with that BS...There were bikes in front of behind and all side of suv boy with the attitude, before he ever intentionally rear ended the MC.

Suv boy was not going to be outdone and clearly was not happy with the MC's. These were not Hell Angels or outlaw bikers....This AH got what he deserved.

Again when and if ya find yourself surrounded by bikes, bicycles what ever, common sense says, slow down and be careful...

Clearly this AH was tailgating and or mouthing off to the bikers and wasn't going to "Give an inch" so to speak and decided to give the MC a "Get our of my way" tap.

Again, just for you, because you don't like what is in front of you, or if someone slows or stops in front of you, you have no right to strike them or run over them.

What if someone whips over in front of you and slams on their brakes, but there isn’t enough time or distance to slow and avoid hitting them?

Who caused the accident?

Watch the video.

The bikes are slowing down in a coordinated fashion. There is no traffic reason to be doing this. They are using their numbers to get the SUV driver to stop.

The motorcyclist who was hit stopped in front of the SUV in order to get the SUV driver to stop. This is an extremely aggresive move. Once the SUV is immobilized, the occupants are pretty much defenseless and outnumbered by a large group of people who have shown themselves to be aggressive and willing to break the law.

It is perfectly reasonable at this point to get the hell out of Dodge, which is what the SUV driver did. Fortunately the motorcyclists were stupid enough to video record their illegal activity and post it online. Not even in New York City will the driver be faulted for protecting himself and his family.

The bikes are slowing down in a coordinated fashion.

Try watching the video. When the suv guy rear ended the MC, everyone was still moving down the road....Watch the white lines...lol..

The only reason they all stopped completely, is because suv guy intentionally rear ended one them, causing the collision.

Suv guy had damn good reason the run...

Not what happened...

Prior to the suv guy intentionally rear ending the the MC, there were already dozens of MC's in front of, on all sides and the the rear of the suv...

No one suddenly jumped in front of him, as there were dozens already in front of him. Then when being passed and surrounded by MC's, he decided to play, "Get out of my way" game, when he should have been driving very carefully for all concerned.

Ask yourself, do you feel this annual ride was to simply target some suv guy? or some other unsuspecting motorist?

Was all this for absolutely no reason? Did the bike group suddenly just want to attack someone because they don’t like Range Rovers?

Come on...

Think man...

Nope.

Else the camera man would not zoom ahead along with 6 other bikes IN FRONT of he breaking MC. The MC that quick slowed was LOOKING backward AFTER making a VERY illegal lane change (was wheel to wheel in same lane as car) but please keep those “bikes are always right” binders on they look good on you.

The suv caused the collision...

Did the MC rear end itself?

wow...

If you got bikes in front of, all sides and behind you, are you not going to be careful? Or are you going to have an attitude of, “Get out of my way or I’ll run you over”?

Come on.

I was watching the white lines. The bikes slowed down from highway speeds to walking speed before the first bike was hit. Why did they do this? There was no reason to do so. The road was clear in front of them. They were slowing down traffic in a coordinated fashion in order to get this SUV, which they were harassing, to stop.

This is a hostile thing to do. Fear is the intended effect.

Ok, ok ok....it’s OK to rear-end the person in front of you because they slowed or stopped....

If you don’t happen to like bikes and find yourself surrounded by them in traffic, don’t be careful, don’t slow...Get into a pissing match with one of them, and then rear end one of them...

Report back with your results..
