exactly, there is a different mentality between crotch rockets and Harley riders.

Take bike week in Myrtle beach, police said only two arrest in over a week and yet 4 days after that event there is black bike week but there are some whites too and the police said over 200 arrests in 4 days, restaurants motels and hotels close as their bills are never paid, there is violence, drugs, gangs and lawlessness.

Got down a highway and the crotch rockets think they own the road, do their wheelies etc.

are you watching the same video?

You’re the only one who has said it’s the drivers fault for being pilled, trying to escape, nearly getting his head smashed in and for getting stitches after.

Don’t matter what happened prior to the SUV rear ending the MC...The fact is there was only one collision here and that was caused by SUV guy.

Get yourself updated....Regardless of what happens on the road, you don’t have the right to run into someone. I don’t care if they stop or simply slow down...You have no right to run into them..

Any other person with common sense would have slowed and been very careful with this many bikes on on the road...It’s pretty clear, SUV guy had the attitude he was not going to give them an inch...

After he rear ended the MC, he actually ran over another MC leaving the scene...Hit and run...

And he likely did this because he was mouthing off after rear ending the MC and suddenly found he couldn’t back up his big mouth...So he flees the scene, running over a MC in the process.

This isn’t complex Mr. Boog.

You bet I’m the only one, as it’s clear most everyone posting here including you does not know the law, and most seem to lack basic common sense...

The cyclist pulled in front of the SUV and braked hard. he caused the confrontation.

If he did that here in Tampa he’d be raw meat on the road.

In the guy’s list of videos, the one just before the violence shows what looks like it could be the SUV coming onto the freeway and merging nicely with the motorcycles. The video guys looks over at it a few times, and seems to raise his hand, point a finger.

“You best understand the rules of the road before ya get behind the wheel.”

Funny considering how many laws the the bikers were breaking.

WAY to broad a statement. I would go as far as saying, “A lot of Harley/big road bike riders also drive either a 4X4 or a truck.”

These were crotch rocket rice burners. Big deal in the African American community because they cost next to nothing compared to a Harley and they go fast. For a lot of these guys, it may be the only transportation they have. Their “other” vehicle is probably a low rider or something with spinning wheels on it.

BS...The MC rider turned around and was clearly pissed off at SUV guy was not going to be outdone or give an inch to the MC’s. As MC rider turned around looking at SUV guy, Suv guy blatantly rear ends MC.

Once again, if you stop in front of me or even slow down, I don’t have the flipping right to rear end you.

Learn it.

I doubt there’s a jury anywhere who would judge him guilty for running from that mob.

IF there was a DA stupid enough to even press charges.

At about 2:46 the SUV has the video guy’s attention, at 2:54 he points at it, then looks like he starts heading towards the top of the pack (to the leader?). The SUV and the bikes are not bothering each other at this point.

Running away after rear ending another vehicle and then running over another motorcycle is not the initial issue and secondary.

The issue here is suv guy does not have the right to run into someone because he happens to have an attitude.

The only one acting without common sense and breaking serious CRIMINAL laws here was suv boy.

If your life is in danger it is not hit and run. Sure you have to report it but thats not what you are arguing.

You are arguing the SUV driver had to sit there and let the people breaking MANY Laws beat the crap out of him and perhaps kill him, raping his wife and little girl.

man you have class

“Kinda strange since almost all “bikers” drive a 4 wheeled vehicle as well.”

Is too broad? Should I have said 6 wheeled and 4 wheeled.

“Get yourself updated....Regardless of what happens on the road, you don’t have the right to run into someone. “

Of course you have the right to do so, if that is what is required to defend your life and the lives of your family from lawless criminals. Your biker buddies initiated violence and the SUV driver would have had every right to just shoot them, if he had been armed. They were lucky they only got their bikes trashed.

you might want to check up on HOW to change lanes as per NY

http://www.dmv.ny.gov/broch/mv21-mc.pdf

in no way does the “break check” after changing lanes qualify as a safe or legal manner of changing lanes.
