The man’s Range Rover was surrounded by several bikers on the West Side Highway on Sunday. One biker apparently cut the driver off and slammed on the brakes just before the SUV bumped his rear tire. But when the driver stopped, several bikers began to damage his SUV. Cops are investigating.
A pack of bikers pummeled a driver in upper Manhattan on Sunday, after a wild chase that began with a fender bender on the West Side Highway, cops said.
The brawl erupted after the victim — who was driving his wife and their young child — became surrounded by a swarm of motorcycles on the highway and accidentally hit one of the bikes near W. 125th St. about 2 p.m., police said.

You can tell from looking at their arms a number of them are white.
I’ve seen that mob mentality before, and I bet a number, maybe 1/2 or more of them are butt buddies.
Should have run ‘em over. An SUV will beat a human being standing in the road every time. I’m sure it could also have flattened the cycle itself.

We were finishing up the new moes mexican grill on avenue of the americas..beside the marriott yesterday. We saw a group of crotch rocket riding dudes stop at the first cross street north of us...sitting at the light boiling their tires...and otherwise acting like thugs to the crosswalk foot traffic.
Me as well...just a vain attempt to pre-empt the ever constant cars vs. bikes arguments that pop up on these threads.
I agree. On the video it looks like they were stalking the suv for awhile. It really looked like a scene from Mad Max.
lots of opinions and judgments.... based solely on the vid the RR hit a bike and then rode over one or more... what happened prior to the vid? smart thing to do... call 911 and provide the license plate to the cops... two wrongs don’t make a right... the rage factor of ALL drivers in the NY tristate area is out of control.. add tailgating and reckless driving... people need to RELAX... I ride and ride like I am invisible and defensive ALL THE TIME.

Saw too many of them yesterday...they were “daring” and playing games of chicken with innocent drivers.
These were all riders that overtook us on the highway.
I used to use my speed and maneuverability as a means to escape trouble with autos, not as a means to cause havoc and enrage drivers.
It's a week-long biker meet where thousands of motorcyclists with raspy exhaust pipes thunder all over town with some acting like douchebags and getting into crashes. I passed the scene of two accidents in the same place, both bikers having to be carted away on a stretcher.
Couple years ago, a few of the Vagos and Hells Angels even managed to murder one another at the Nugget casino.
This is the highway version of the knockout game. Dozens of thugs terrorize an innocent driver. Hope the driver of the Range Rover smashed a few legs of these thugs when he ran over their bikes trying to get outta there.
Crotch Rocketeers are the problem bikers. Notice there was not a single Harley rider among them.
We have our fair share of biker thugs in Texas. They’ve even shut down entire highways (busy ones) in order to do their stunts and spray paint grafiti on the pavement.
Well, it’s impossible to say what happened before the video started, but from what you can see, the biker cut in front of the SUV and brake checked him. In other words, the biker started the confrontation.
If I had to guess and judging from the Rice-Burners, complexions, and costumes seen in the fotos, I would hazard a guess that these are Third-Worlders now unfortunately resident amongst us in huge numbers.
Solution? Hire a real American Motorcycle Gang to wipe the road with these Turd-Worlders. Pagans, HA: WTF are you when you are needed. Two Harleys and a length of chain ought to handle these ani.
