See #90....The driver of the suv was 100 percent at fault here and should be arrested on hit and run charges

Instead of being civil after rear ending and nearly killing the MC rider, he decided to be the tough guy, by running over a motorcycle and fleeing the scene.

The reason he fled was he likly mouthed off to already pissed off MC rider who he just rear ended...

The suv guy was too stupid to be civil after clearly causing the collision and thought he just leave behind a whole bunch of bikers...of course that would never happen...The suv driver is way stupid and is very fortunate to survive their justified anger.

Lol. What video did you watch? As a former rider, I saw this entirely differently.

Biker caused this with his brake check. Video also demonstrated that bikers were stalking suv before accident. Suv even stopped after accident, only to have rider attempt to drag him out of the vehicle. He was justified in fleeing for safety.

The biker dude was in the same lane with the SUV then cut him off and hit the brakes. MC gangsta in the wrong!

Uh huh...Riiiight.

Because we all know that Asians, particularly small Asian family men(with spotless criminal record, IMHO) with their wife and baby on board are notorious to be ill-tempered and ready to pick fights with packs of wannebe "bikers" who are studious, mild manner travelers of the road and polite to all they encounter.(rolls eyes)

If one can judge from the video(not unimpeachable I admit) the cyclist intentionally slowed down for no apparent reason other than to to allow himself and his pack to toy with the family in the Range Rover, the driver slowed but not quickly enough and accidentally bumped the cyclist's ride.

Having stopped, the cyclists involved weren't content to trade insurance information with the errand driver but instead decided to trade blows, whether upon his person or property, doesn't matter, it frightened the driver to believe his family's lives were in danger, he decided(prudently in my opinion) to floor it and seek safety elsewhere..

Blocked behind traffic, the cyclists caught up with him and decided street justice was the rule of the day and pulled him from his vehicle and commenced to beat him to a pulp until satisfaction or cooler heads prevailed.

Yes laws were broken by both sides but an traffic violation doesn't stand very well against intimidation, assault and battery, assault with the attempt to do deadly harm, does it?

I'd take the driver's case to a jury against the cyclists any day.

Reading back on stories when they first break and after we get most of the information is funny because it lets you know who made the most off base, moronic statements on the news story. I'd say you're the winner in this thread.
