Yes..I am too sick to travel with a blinding migraine that has lasted three days. The wake was today and the funeral tomorrow, but I am trying to get a flight for the weekend, but have nobody who will take care of Lynn-dah. I am beside myself.
I have booked a flight for Christmas week, and might have to leave it at that. It might be better anyway, because right now it is a madhouse, and During the holidays might be a better time to spend with my brother and SIL. After everybody else has gone back to their daily lives.
I think you have a good plan there. Having someone there after everyone goes home is a good idea.
Traveling right now might not be so good either. And you need to take care of you first. I would take care of Lynn-Dah if I was closer.
