Politicians run a misdirection play
Fox Sports ^ | 2 Oct 2013 | Greg Couch

This is about having priorities. Standing up for something. Having substance. So without money to fund things during this federal government shutdown, sacrifices just have to be made.

The Department of Defense on Tuesday suspended intercollegiate sporting events at the service academies. For now, Air Force can’t pay to fly to Saturday’s football game at Navy. And Navy can’t hold the game, anyway.

And here’s the problem with both of those things:

They. Are. Not. True.

(Excerpt) Read more at msn.foxsports.com ...

TOPICS: Business/Economy; Government; News/Current Events; Politics/Elections
KEYWORDS: airforce; football; govtshutdown; navy
Bottom Line: Not a single cent of Government Money is being spent for this game. In fact, it will cost MORE to the Gov not to play it.

But Obambi needs his Political Theater, and the Service Academy teams are his latest pawns.

OH NOES!

The shutdown is affecting the “bread and circuses” of government school football.

THE HORROR OF IT ALL!

The next step is since TSA VIPER teams are unavailable, the whole NCAA will be canceling its games.

We can only hope.

"Thousands of employees are furloughed at TACOM and Selfridge Air National Guard Base, with other possible furloughs on the way. Many showed up to work today but were sent home. "

"The Selfridge Base Exchange and the base golf course will remain open, both of which operate primarily on revenue from operations."

Why would Bammy close the gov't golf down?

Who, but someone who hates this country, would order the shutdown of the exact things that Americans love most? National Parks, sporting events, etc, are part and parcel of our day to day living in this land. He was never a part of this country, having grown up in Indonesia, so he doesn’t have the least regard for things uniquely American. Pray for our once great country, that we may resurrect her when this Destroyer falls from the pedestal he has claimed.

Obamacare is “TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION.”

Obamacare has nothing to do with care, health or medical treatment.

Obamacare has everything to do with a mandatory insurance that everyone must buy at the point of the Federal gun.

Obamacare Medical Insurance premiums are under the control of the IRS.

These insurance premiums can be raised every year by the IRS with no involvement by Congress.

Thus, all the present and future Democrat rulers have to do is tell the IRS how much taxpayer dollars need to be forcefully extracted from the taxpayers, and the IRS will extract the money for them.

Hence, Obamacare Insurance is “ taxation without representation” that Traitor John Roberts of THE NINE SUPREMES has ruled it to be above the control of the US Congress, and it will stay until Obamacare is ABOLISHED!

Or need most. It is the same mentality that comes to the fore whenever We The People vote for tax rollbacks (Prop. 13 in CA and Prop. 2½ in MA).

The first thing politicians and opponents say is that there will be cutbacks on firemen, police, teachers and other essential services.

Never do they say that any staff in the State House will be laid off...or completely useless departments or agencies will be closed. They won't trim the fat. They cut where it hurts We The People the most. Tit for tat.

Arseholes all of them.

It is not possible to shutdown some of the national parks. How do you shutdown the Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, etc? Yesterday, the WWII vets showed how easy it is to still visit national parks. Now might be a good time for states to reclaim some of those national parks that have been confiscated by the feds.

I suspect they have barricaded the roads leading to the Grand Canyon. Destroy the heart of the country by any means necessary. Beat us down until we give in. Reminds me of the movie ‘Invasion of the Body Snatchers’. “Just go to sleep, when you wake up all the problems will have disappeared”. Never give up, never surrender...........’Galaxy Quest’ (another movie)
