Of the 25 or so women I know receiving food stamps for their bastard children only one doesn’t sell at least a portion of her WIC allotment for alcohol, drugs or cash.
A relative who worked in a grocery store tells me that the #1 use of WIC money is to buy powdered baby formula, which the recipients then turn around and sell because it’s used as some sort of a cutting agent by heroin dealers.
Are there any actual babies here? And if so, are they breastfed or are they just starving? How many heroin addicts is this program enabling? And is this why the retail price for a can of formula is as high as twenty bucks?

Tell the “vulnerable mothers at risk” to get a job or shake the money out of the baby daddy.
I take care of my own children and pay taxes. It’s time these people did that also.
yeah, one would think that if the media is so concerned and worried for these WIC families, they would spend their space trying to get out information on other places to find assistance—other than spending their word count shilling for the government.

Based by its very name, this program would seem to violate the equal protection law.
The kids aren't getting fat on fruits and vegetables (fruit juice---maybe). WIC fraud is common; they're probably getting any kind of junk they want.
I agree that they're having kids to get more benefits.
The nation would be better if WIC and all such programs were permanently shut down and charity work strictly private and done mostly through Christian churches and Jewish synagogues. My ex-step-daughter was rewarded for her out-of-wedlock babies with lots of food delivered right to her residence doorstep.And with other forms of government aid. 50 or 60 years of rewarding bad decisions with money taken from the people who worked for it has made this and other nations cesspools.The ones who stupidly voted for “compassion” from government instead of demanding people face the consequences of bad behavior are as much to blame as anyway. I know how easy it is to find oneself in that position,I was an enabler from age 12 of someone who wouldn’t admit his dreamed-of business was losing money daily, and would continue to lose money if he didn’t change, despite my unpaid labor . And then I married a woman who soon quit work under false pretenses and still expected all her bills be paid,and all decisions be hers. We divorced after several years of “lazy” me working two jobs.Some say divorce is always wrong but there are times I can see no other solution.America needs a divorce from the legions of truly lazy bloodsuckers.

3 days ago, got in a hugh and series argument with my lady friend. Daughter 23 no job no husband. Living w/mom. Well, she had a husband but he had to go back to prison. Also, her niece lives w/her.No job, can’t or won’t keep one. 10yo baby, no babydaddy, ex(?) heroin addict and confirmed pill popper, got another one on the way, baby daddy nowhere to be found. Drama, drama, drama.
And now this....(sigh)
I’ve seen too many people buy processed foods and luxuries with their WIC money while chatting on their 4G phones about the latest cable reality show. They should only get bulk items directly from the farmer’s fields. These food handout programs are a joke. I had a an apparent well-off neighbor try to give me all her excess WIC products!
So if we stop subsidizing bastard babies we’ll have less of them? If we stop paying for people to live in section 8 housing and pay them not work they’ll find a way to work and pay their own way? How will the democrats win elections then? They may be forced to “find” uncounted ballots that just happened to be left in a church basement or in the trunk of a poll worker’s car in order to get elected!
So, the way I figure it, she is 18 YO and had two babies already. And now she is worried because she wants to save for a college education. Lofty goals for a young woman with no common sense at all.
To get a college education requires more than a bit of money, Honey. How about a goal of self respect? PC says I should be rooting for her, but I remain skeptical.
Oh, sorry. Daughter has a 14mo old. Hard to pay child support when baby daddy is in the pen...

Well, we know that the media, being the employee pool for lib dim administrations, wants EVERYONE in this country on the govt dole...
