“These bikers would have made fools of the NYPD. They would have ridden off road to escape them over sidewalks etc. Even more potential injuries chaos death. That’s my theory why NYPD left them alone”
Official policy after a four year old was killed by a biker on a sidewalk. Still no excuse to allow anarchy in the streets.
