I most certainly would not have run over a bikers legs like the stupid SUV driver did!!! This is what set everything off.

They can't.

The video does not show anything after the suv rear ended the MC, except within seconds of bikers stopping, the SUV is partially seen running over something and even that's not clear in the video.

But subsequently it's established the suv guy was literally in the process of running over motorcycles and people as it's speculated he panicked.
