Internal polling conducted by New Jersey senatorial candidate Steve Lonegan’s campaign and obtained by National Review Online shows Newark mayor Cory Booker’s lead slipping to six points, 48 to 42. A Quinnipiac poll released last week showed Booker leading Lonegan by 12 points, and even that poll was considered a positive sign for the former Bogota mayor, as the earliest tallies showed Booker ahead by over 20 points.

A Lonegan win (or even a close loss) will scare the hell out of the democrats.
Every conservative should come out for Lonegan and Cuccinelli (skip the spoiling libertarian) and stay home for Christie.

I made a donation to Steve Lonegan, and know some other Floridians who did too. Sure hope ALL New Jersey Freepers will help make Lonegan their Senator on the 16th!

I know you are correct, which means the only poll that counts is the election result which will be the evening of October 16th! Would love to see a Lonegan win!!

yuhp, internal polling does not mean anything unless it is backed up by independent polls. Generally you take about 4% off of the side that does them which would meana 10% margin so he might be cutting it down to 2% more than independent polls put it. But, then again my impression is that booker would have to rape a nun at 12:00 noon in front fo 25 witnesses and several news cameras and then be so dishonest as to lie abot it and say he didn’t do it. Even then it would never make the news unless Fox was there. Then again look at Scott brown in Massachussetts. But, then again.....

Lonegan needs to use an ad with the Reid wanting kids with cancer to die sound clip.
If Booker’s lead continues to slip, and Lonegan can snip more points off of it, and strip it down to nothing, so we can ship Booker back to Newark, then we all will skip down the road and sip champagne.
I am knocking on doors in Warren County where I live. We are trying to get out the vote. Hopefully we can win. At least the trend is up. We will keep knocking til election day.
